การจองและชำระเงิน
- ขั้นต่ำต้องเดินทาง 2 ท่านขึ้นไป
- มัดจำ 50% เมื่อทำการจอง ส่วนที่เหลือชำระหมดก่อนวันเดินทาง 45 วัน
- ชำระ 100% เมื่อทำการจอง ในช่วงก่อนวันเดินทาง 45 วัน
- รับชำระเป็นเงินบาทเท่านั้น ใช้ อัตราแลกเปลี่ยน (ราคาขายของ USD 50)ของธนาคารกรุงเทพ ณ วันที่จะชำระเงิน

IMPORTANT NOTES:

DURING TRANSFERS: Private transfers are only from the airport/Cebu City/pier to Maya then to Malapascua and return, the travel time takes approximately 3.00hours by car and a further 40mintues by boat (weather depending). Extra time for shopping or meals will be charged at Php350/hour/van or Php300/hour/car. Additional stoppage charges should be paid directly to the driver.

How to recognize our driver/airport representative? Our driver will be waiting for you at the airport arrival exit bearing a signage with the group leader’s name.

Check in time at 2:00 PM and Check out time at 12:00 NOON

DIVING: As a standard safety procedure at Exotic Dive Resort all divers are required to first complete a check up dive at a local relatively shallow dive site before diving on the deeper and more distant sites that we have to offer. Allowances will be made for specific divers who are experienced and have been diving within the previous weeks; this is the decision of the dive shop manager.

We understand that occasionally outside dive groups wish to bring their own instructor with them to complete open water dives of certain courses. We are happy to accommodate this providing that we have prior knowledge that a course is taking place and that all PADI standards are followed. The certifying instructor has to supply all materials necessary for conducting the course, Exotic Dive Resort will not provide any PADI materials or required dive equipment such as compasses, reels, lights etc. We also require a copy of correct PADI paperwork and proof of required knowledge review or exam completion.

PAYMENT: We accept cash in Philippine peso, EURO and US dollars. (Note for EURO we only accept EURO 100 as the biggest bill). We also accept VISA and MasterCard; a 6% surcharge applies for all credit card transactions. We do not accept traveler's checks. The island does not have any ATM machine, so please change money at the airport or in the city before arrival, and try to bring small bills as change is hard to come by.

CANCELLATION OF DIVING: We do not offer refunds on pre-booked dive packages for any incomplete dives unless the dive shop has cancelled the dive due to extreme weather conditions or safety reasons.
